You guys it's entirely possible that Vick saw the G League come into play and told Self that's what he's gonna do. Maybe he doesn't like college or is ready to try his hand at a riskier road to success.

He doesn't have to be drafted to go after his dream of playing professionally. A lot of guys will probably start trying to make the jump to G League. But that league will become competitive to get into, as well, and not everyone can make it.
