Honestly, while watching the offense struggle... I've seen the prolific offense die a slow death due to an anemic defense several times. I'll give this slice of football life a try for a change. |

I don't know that it will be a rout. I think the Packers will be very tough to beat, especially with the way Denver has played offensively.
They've played 4 of their 6 in Green Bay, only road trips @ CHI and SF... SEA was struggling mightily when they played and they beat a good STL team. Bears, Chiefs, 49ers and Chargers - pretty week grouping, with SEA and STL. And, I get it - Denver hasn't had a tough schedule either, but the big difference is 4 of their 6 have been on the road. Denver's defense will get a real test on Sunday, and Denver should be able to move the ball a bit against the Packers at home. I won't be shocked with any outcome in this one... |

It's the NFL... could go either way.
Are you totally writing off Denver's defense in this one? I mean, it's pretty stout and it's not light GB is without injury, I think Starks is dinged up and Lacy is as productive as Anderson right now. |

Pretty much. This will be the game that people go "well, maybe that defense isn't as good as it appeared while it was beating up on the handicapped kids". |

Rodgers will be playing on the road and won't get to command the game the way he does in home games. If they get pass happy it could get really ugly for Green Bay. Our corners are much better than their receivers and all of our corners are ballhawks. Our defense is built to stop pass happy teams.
