MNF Week 2 - Falcons @ Eagles

Hooo lawdy, this could become a Benny Hill level comedy romp in a hurry

Not sure what to think about Atlanta, they kinda look like a hot mess with some genuine talent sprinkled in, and a completely unproven OC thrust into the big chair

Did anyone else see the opening of Countdown? some big fat dude and Jason Kelce did a chest bump onstage and fatty limped off badly afterward

Barkley looked as good as he's ever looked tonight. He was amazing.

And all anyone's gonna remember is his drop.

Oof.

Man I want to be a reporter for Sirianni’s press conference.

“Coach, why didn’t you tell Saquon to catch the ball? I would have. Seems obvious to me. Your thoughts?”

It's amazing what you will do when you're threatened by Joe Pesci.

Sirianni is such a ****ing joke. Could’ve kept gashing them on the ground, third and 3, Saquon doesn’t catch it, settle for a field goal, Falcons come back to win then your running QB tries to do too much, makes a shit throw and you lose the game. Happy for the Falcons, anytime Sirianni gets humiliated is a great game imo.

3rd and 3 and all they need is a first down. Falcons have no timeouts. Why not just run it twice? The Falcons couldn't stop them at all that drive.

Sirianni is like if a CP member coached the Chiefs.

He acts like a child and has no control of his emotions. He gets way too cocky and smug when they’re doing well and he cries like a bitch and throws tantrums when they aren’t.

He’s an absolute joke.

Yup. Same shit I heard on the radio today.

"Why didn't Andy go for it?!?!"

And that happened in a game last year as well. Everyone bitches about it then completely ignores when it's the difference in a win vs a loss.

Eagles coach is too arrogant. He figured he would blow out the Falcons and wouldn't need the 3 points if they failed on 4th down. Andy knew the Bengals game would probably come down to the wire. Sure enough they desperately needed that early chip shot field goal to avoid a loss.
