*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

WTF Man?
I'd be a little surprised if Andy was given the choice of Brady or Mahomes that he would choose Brady.

As far as the other 31 teams go... they can all have Brady.

Brady should buy Dee Ford a new car. If this idiot does not line up offsides- Brady would have thrown another interception and lost the game.

The media would be talking about his retirement. He was awful in the Superbowl as well- but since the Pats squeaked by in the most boring game ever played- Now Brady is a hero and the Bestest Player in the NFL!!!

I'd go to the "nfl is rigged" side of Andy chose Brady.

Nobody has ever had the luck of Brady. Refs and FG kickers saved his ass over and over again. Bills cheating gave him everything.

Mahomes is the best young QB in football, and arguably the best young QB in the history of football.

He threw more TD's in the 2nd half against the patriots than Tom Brady did in his ENTIRE first post season run with the patriots.

He did so against the same defense that stifled the Rams.

The clock is ticking on old man Brady. Mahomes is the future and present.

I've been quite busy the past 3 weeks. Haven't checked into the thread on a daily basis.

That being said, I don't recall anything about GMFB viewers voting through a bracket tournament to determine the best QB in football currently. Who did they pick? Patrick Mahomes!

Brady is about done. Dude looked like shit in the post season, much like Drew Brees. Those old timers can't keep pace all season long anymore, and it showed last year. It's all downhill from here. Unfortunately, I don't think Brady is the real problem. Pats are gonna remain a force as long as Belichick is coaching.
