You could think of something. It’s the time of putting it all together. You’d have to be really into the theme. |

How goddamn insane is it that he made a throw like this twice yesterday and that if you were making a reel of his top 5 most impressive plays of the game it would only just barely sneak in at the back.
If you put together a top 25 list on the season, does this throw make it? It's close. The guy is just a surreal experience... |

I don't know how on earth people can honestly say that there is a close race for MVP.
I think what they hate is that its over. I mean look at the stats, look at the throws, look at him in key spots. Its all there and nobody else is close. Mahomes is better than ANYONE would have ever imagined, and its him, not the talent around him. What does Brees look like without Kamara? What does Rivers look like without Gordon? Mahomes is still producing against good defenses without Sammy, without Hunt, and with a beat up Hill. |

He's gotten to the point now that the only challenge left is to treat his own teammates as defensive backs. I'm actually a little impressed by Robinson there - he had to have known Ware was there on the wheel or he'd have tried to make a play on the ball. Robinson's moved ahead of Conley on my depth chart. He's just much more dynamic and you can see the light maybe starting to come on for him more and more. I'd like to get a 2 year extension slapped on him this offseason before he gets a chance to break out in Conley's absence next year (when Watkins invariably misses 8 games). |

He's so much better after the catch.
I still just worry about him doing something stupid like FALSE ****ING STARTING ON 4TH AND 4 WITH THE GAME ON THE LINE but I think he's 98% of the way done with that shit. |

Hell, the fact that Thomas could catch him sleeping on the regular is somewhat proof of that. Pat's just a different, special breed and I still can't believe how fortunate we are to have him. |

I was still a little north of pissed off for a perfect recollection of that, but some degree of dipshittery went into that and I'm pretty sure it fell on Robinson. Dude's not smart, but he's so much quicker in and out of his cuts. Conley's become a fairly poor fit for this system, IMO. He does some nice things and I like his technique when he's catching so he's a good red zone weapon. But as the offense has evolved, his major weakness has gone from a frustration to a liability. The guy is just trash in and out of his cuts. He can't get separation because of it. That's fine when he's the 3 and everyone else is creating the space for him. But when he's moved into that X role and he has to just go beat his man - he can't do it. Robinson, OTOH, can. He's a far more dangerous player than Conley in this system. If he can understand the offense to even 80% the level of Conley, he's a better guy to have. |

You essentially just picked up a Conley clone on the waiver wire for like 180K in a disgruntled first round pick. Seriously, I'm pretty sure Benjamin can give you what Conley can. I also think yesterday is a perfect example of why they paid Watkins. It was an overpay and everything, but he's also really good when he's out there and opens up everything elsewhere. |
