For the record, Rich if you happen to read this, I support all our players 100% and I sincerely hope you turn out to be the second coming of Dick Butkus. We all want all our players to succeed.

But, when someone comes to the board acting like this they are just asking for it...

Iowanian, **** you. You basically called me a whore. That is entirely different from sexually charged banter.

And, your repeated fallbacks on how Rich allegedly isn't cut out for the NFL as a defense to calling me a whore do nothing but make you look like the peckerhead you are.

He's a rookie free agent. Everyone said he won't make it past camp. He did. Everyone said he won't make it off the practice squad. He did. You don't know what the **** he is capable of because they haven't really played him. They haven't played him because he is new, and for some god foresaken reason, DV thinks that playing a shitty vet is somehow a better move than giving a rookie a chance. Bullshit. The team loses anyway. So, take a chance.

That said, he wasn't perfect when he started college, but he became captain, a leader, and a damn good linebacker who moved from the outside to the inside. He's a very smart man. And, I know personally, how hard he works.

Grow a thicker skin would be a good idea. You asked for it you got it--and it was pretty mild IMO. If you cant laugh that off, I'd suggest finding another hobby.

You havent read a damn thing that Iowanian has posted, seriously, about the guy.

The ONLY reason he looks decent, is because our other LBs are so fuggin' pathetic it's a joke.....

Hell, Courtney Love looks good next to Janet Reno.

I don't appreciate you calling escorts whores. There are a lot of hard working women with families working as escorts. Excuse me for supporting someone for trying to make a living.

IMHO, I think he can be head and shoulders better than Mitchell, but that's just me, a cynical old man, you might want to check some others around here that are more knowledgeable than I.

I have been enjoying just reading this thread, but I must interject here. Do you want to know why Richie made it past camp on to the practice squad, and is now suiting up? Injuries, pure and simple. Had it not been for injuries to our LB corp, he never would have made it past camp. If you truly knew what an H-Back is with out using Google, your football knowledge would be good enough to recognize this clear as day fact.

The guy is undrafted. He cannot beat out a pathetic Mitchell or the guy who has never played MLB before. WTF does that tell you? He was serviceable in college, but is not pro material. Get off his schlong already; your act has gone from providing entertainment to boring as hell.
