****2017 NFL Draft Thread**** (NO Spoilers)

Let's ****ing do this.

Rules:
1. No spoiled picks in this thread, all weekend. This means that as tweets are leaking picks a few minutes before the selection is announced live, you don't post it in this thread (ex: embedded tweets), reference it in this thread (ex: Joe Slapdick says it's McCaffrey to Tampa) or hint at it (ex: "it's a RB!").

Don't be a dick.

Otherwise, have fun, talk shit, freak out and lose your goddamned minds. It's Draft Weekend. The hot takes in these threads are so funny.

I'll also be starting threads for each of our picks as they are made, with videos and notable stats/takes in the OP. Pure knee jerk gold to reference in the future.

Kansas City Chiefs: Kareem Hunt, RB, Toledo: A- Grade
I really like this fit, as Kareem Hunt seems perfect for Andy Reid's offense. Hunt is a very skilled runner who is terrific at catching passes out of the backfield. He fits the range in the third round and fills a need. It would not surprise me at all if he's Kansas City's starting running point at some point in 2017.

Love this pick almost as much as Mahomes.

Chiefs swapped third round picks with Minnesota and gave up their 4th and 7th to move up and take Hunt.

We couldn't afford to keep 9 picks, so they were smart to go up and get a guy that they really wanted...

Who knows, maybe he's the next David Johnson. Similar styles.

Hate the Giants GM - known as Jerry Reach

Thanks, OldSchool for your opinion.
Who knows, I had Webb over Kizer for sure. I guarantee you he's a better pro than he was a college player, particularly if he has a chance to sit and learn.

But yeah, I have no idea why you guys haven't upgraded that line to help protect Eli. You've got enough weapons, why the hell get a pass catching TE in the 1st? That being said, this was a pretty terrible year for OL talent. I would have gone defense in the 1st though, if I were the Giants GMs. Bring that killer defense back that helped you beat the Patriots and Brady twice.

Thanks, agree... I don't understand the TE/WR first round pick.

Awful draft selection... Reese will find his usual broken down offensive lineman when teams cut down during the summer.

I am happy with Tomlinson - They will have Damon (Snacks) Harrison on one side and JPP on the other... Reading about Tomlinson sounds like he will be fine.

Who knows though...

The Browns cut Barnage. Damn that was fast. Draft a guy and cut the starter in the same 24 hours. He played damn good.
