Watched a good one this morning. The Salton Sea. Has Val Kilmer and Josh Todd (Buckcherry's singer) is from 2003 but I really enjoyed it. Val has a lot of quality movies under his belt, this is def one of em.

Watched Room last night. The first half of it was good. Once the kid escapes into the world it becomes a little slow. Still an overall good movie. My wife and I both thought it was good. I'd give it a 7/10.

Fell asleep watching Transformers, the one with Mark Wahlberg. Damn those movies suck something awful.

I saw 10 Cloverfield Lane last Saturday, I gave it 8 out of 10 stars, pretty good flick. I had heard JJ Abrams say that this is not a Cloverfield 2, but does have a connection with the first flick. I won't say what that connection is, see the film for yourself. Abrams said he could see 5 Cloverfields all with a connection. I think since this was so low budget and it's done so well, they probably will make at least a #3. Very intense film, a lot of drama and great acting.
They clean up well. |

God's Not Dead was ridiculously nonsensical and just... bad.

I'd like to recommend a couple here - Fantastic Planet 1973 and Tourist Trap 1978.
