Year Two of the Matt Quatraro tenure. Time to take a step up this year. Active in free agency and trades this offseason. A new look pitching rotation and bullpen. Yup. Whitey and George famously went to the Chiefs game together. And when the game was finished, they walked across the parking lot to then Royals Stadium, got on the elevator to the clubhouses, and then parted ways as one team got ready for game 7, while the other team didn’t bother to show up.

8.8 for Bobby and 8.6 for Judge.

Judge still edges Bobby out on bWAR

StL released Brandon Crawford.

While reading the article it stated “Crawford, 36, blah blah”.

I cannot believe that MF’er is 36. 10 years ago the threat of his arm is the only thing that kept Alex Gordon from tying game 7 when Gregor Blanco and Travis Ishakawa played Benny Hill in the outfield.

Time doesn’t not stand still.
