*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

He's pretty steep in transition. I bet he struggles with a pull or a slice

Chill. This Chiefs team was more impressive than any KC team since 1970. And it’s only his first year

Manning didn’t even win his first playoff game until year 6

Like I said, chill. The Dolphins “wasted” Marino because they became a garbage franchise after 1985 and remain so

It’s up to the Chiefs to not be garbage

In his first year starting, Big Ben and the Steelers lost at home to the Patriots in the AFCCG 27-41. They won the Super Bowl the next season.

This is just the beginning.

I wasn’t alive to watch the early parts of Marino’s career so I looked it up. Good God what was Shula’s problem?

After 85’, the Dolphins only had 1 winning season out of their next 6. Hard to see that happening with Andy. We’re at least a safe bet for the playoffs.

As long as veach can draft a few immediate impact defenders we will win a SB in the next 2 years. Need to stay away from these 3 year project guys.

I'm inclined to believe that part of the 3 year project was having a defensive coordinator who didn't know how to teach an overly complex scheme to rookies.
