****OFFICIAL Chiefs vs 49ers Super Bowl LVIII Game Thread****

Lombardi and Starr.

Noll and Bradshaw.

Walsh and Montana.

Johnson and Aikman.

Belichick and Brady.

Reid and Mahomes.

Today, the Kansas City Chiefs complete the greatest five-year run in NFL history by winning the third Super Bowl in the Patrick Mahomes era, and the fourth in the franchise's glorious history.

Today, we become an undeniable dynasty.

As someone once said...let's do this shit.

All season long though it's bugged me thinking about what if Jones signs his extension? I believe we have hopkins and this offense looks entirely dangerous again.

Because Romo is sucking off Purdy and saying the Chiefs are rattled, and for some reason people listen to that clown still

They pulled up the 2 safeties to flood the middle of the field. In the red zone you don't need to defend the deep ball

Offensive playcalling may be the worst it's been all season. Let's not attack the glaring weaknesses throughout the 49ers backfield.

One would hope we'll start taking more risks in the 2nd half and let the best QB ever do his thing.

Until we see the Madden views of each sack, it's hard to say whether Mahomes is making good decisions or not. The normal 2-D camera views suck.

I'm giving Mahomes the benefit of the doubt until we see otherwise.

I'm going to mention something that worries me a little bit. During the pregame, some talking heads made a very disturbing comment. They said something about "two NFL alumni will participate in the trophy ceremony, XXXX (don't remember the name) and elway."

They said the elway thing like they were embarrassed about it, and it caught my attention. Why on earth would the NFL invite a soused, loser, cheating, spoiled, draft-dodging, drunken, glory-hogging cheater to the award ceremony?

And then I remembered that the opponent's coach as the son of the cheating head coach that the drunken draft-dodger played for, and that cheating head coach is in attendance. And then there's the connection of the opposing running back to the injury-faking wide receiver that the alcoholic cheater played for. Does the NFL have something up its sleeve?

Yeah this has been a brain dead take. One of the incompletions was a Watson drop, to boot.
