I can't find the article right now, but the "Agent Takes" over on CBS Sports always seem to list Kelce's and Mahomes's contracts as THE WORST in the NFL. Seems because they didn't max their potential earnings, they're obviously idiots with idiot agents.

*sigh*

The real genius/value of the Chiefs deals this past offseason was the way Veach used injury guarantees to provide the players with security instead of huge signing bonuses. The Chiefs have so much flexibility to restructure deals if they need space or to jettison contracts if the players don’t pan out. Could Mahomes and Kelce and Jones have hijacked the process and demanded more? Sure. But Veach gave them deals that let them have security while fulfilling the promise of keeping the talent on this team. Going forward I suspect that will be a requirement if you want to play with Mahomes and the Chiefs and it gives us a huge leg up on the rest of the league.

Yeah, get ****ed lol.

Hill, Kelce, Hardman, Edwards Helaire are here for the long haul. And oh yeah, Reid routinely finds offensive playmakers in the late rounds. Mahomes will have no shortage of weapons throughout his career.
