Funny how good he can be when the guys in stripes aren't just waiting to blow the whistle on him.

That's true to an extent, but you also need to learn not to use your ass to back guys down into the paint and just go up straight on defense.

Both Robertson and Geist are hurting us now.....probably because they are wearing out from having to play the whole game.

Anyone who doesn't find a way to get it inside to either Tillmon or Porter should have to stay after the game and run sprints!

Shooters gonna shoot, I get that...but Robertson has a tendency to play hero ball in the last 8 minutes and takes some ill-advised shots.

They have to do something about flopping in college basketball. You don't have to play post defense anymore. Just stand there and launch back with any contact like some Euro soccer bitch.

Good win tonight.....Hamas, you were right Arkie didn't really look all that good defensively tonight. It was almost like they were never really up for the game.

Arkansas was up for it, but they just couldn't handle our intensity

Arkansas came out pretty tough in the second half. But that one possession where they got called for 3 quick fouls hurt them pretty bad. They had to dial it back a notch defensively and the Tigers were able to take advantage of that. Arkansas doesn't foul there, it's probably a closer game.

So I guess it looks like the Tigers will play either Georgia, Candy, or Ole Miss first, followed by Kentucky assuming they win. They should, but they already lost to Ole Miss once this season. It would be nice if Porter Jr plays, but that's probably not going to happen.

Doubt MPJ plays now. Figured if we were gonna see him, he would have played in one of the last two. Seems like he’s made a business decision (which I don’t necessarily blame him for).

That said, solid win tonight. Mizzou probably locked into the 8-9 seed now. I suppose they could drop to 10 if they put on an ugly performance in their first SEC Tourney game. Probably not much of a chance to improve their seeding for the Big Dance, unless they go on a run (i.e. at least get to the Final). If they did that, they could slide into a #7.

All in all, a pretty good year so far and a nice turnaround for Mizzou basketball in their first year under CM. Especially considering he was using mainly freshman and leftovers. Solid job.

Now, can we go get some ****ing guards that can handle the ball for next year?

Ramey, Pinson, and Watson would give Mizzou a huge injection of length and athleticism on he wing next year. Decent odds it happens now.

I haven’t paid much attention to basketball recruiting lately. How good are these guys?
