NEIPA I somewhat regularly brew loosely based off the beer designed by CP brewers a few years ago. |

I've had way to many Knob Creek small batches and Coke zero's tonight. I am not a huge fan of Knob Creek small batch but it was gifted at a project startup. It's a bit harsh for my pallet and I like some heat the finish is weak. But it works well with a coke mixer and is easily tamed with a splash of water. It was a big handle from Costco that they buy a case and hand out at startups. I am just happy it wasn't Jack Black that a staple for these things.
I guess I am sounding ungrateful the stuff just gives me an aggressive buzz for some reason. |

Got this guy queued up for Sunday Night football
FORM OF THE DESTRUCTOR — BARREL NO. 3832 CROWLER Mother of all Money Barrels. Sanctuary of Sanctuaries. Stokebringer. Of the thousands of barrels we've tasted over the past decade none stand out quite like this one. This singular example of DBVSOD spent eighteen months in Heaven Hill barrels before being rebarreled in a Weller Special Reserve barrel for an additional year. Brownie crust, vanilla, graham, and bakers chocolate evolve from the glass as it warms, while American oak tannin and alcohol leave the palate dry and yearning for more after each sip. 16.66% ABV (32oz Crowler) |

Had a screwdriver with tequila instead of vodka and now it's on to Busch Light and doja to keep me even keel.
