This same thing happened last weekend and then on Monday the total infected and total deaths went up dramatically.

But most of that work in essential services, we had this back in the holidays time frame. (Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Right now, metros are the hot spots. I worry about if this will really hit rural communities eventually. Smaller risk of infection. But as an example smaller towners in the tri-state area drive all the time to NYC, Philly, NJ. All it takes is for a few to get infected to spread it fast. Social distancing has especially been effective at keeping these people from traveling to the cities but what happens when it's lifted? In these small towns, it wouldn't take much at all to break the hospital system which are all already struggling for resources and probably last in line to get protective equipment.
