Probably bought out and new owner only kept the sauce.

Same happened with American Beauty Pasta Co. They got bout out and dropped everything but the dried pasta. I grew up and went to school with the owners daughter. She was a sweety cute as could be but unwise to mess with her unless you didn't mind sleeping with fishes. He sold they retired and moved to sunny Fla Fla.

I did - Misen (I actually ended up with two, accidentally).

They are still manufacturing - they ended up with a shitload more orders than they anticipated.
