We'll see if the Warriors recover from the end of the season stretch of stinkers.

LeBron's taken teams that have had no business being in the finals to the finals twice in his career.
KD hasn't done that, yet.

LeBron returned to Cleveland and won a ring.
KD likely won't return to OKC in the foreseeable future.

Giannis, Porzingis, Davis, Towns, IMO, could be players that could challenge LeBron in the future.

If it wasn't for the ineptitude of Presti who knows how many Finals KD would have been in. OKC could have had a dynasty for a decade.

As far as the players you mentioned, nah I don't think any of them will come anywhere close.

I would not bet money Durant passing Lebron, primarily because even when LeBron was a part of the big 3, he still scored more than Durant in GS and Durant is not as durable.

You make a good point and after looking Duran't scoring is way down since joining GS.

Yes, because the Lakers had freaking Kobe and Shaq, the Spurs had Duncan and Pop's system, and then there's the Warriors.

The only real outlier is the Mavs.
I agree that LeBron would still have the most finals appearances between the two, but Durant and whatever team he would be on in the east would steal some finals appearances especially during that first Cavs stint and this Cavs stint.

I don't blame Presti for the band breaking up. That was the cheap ass owner refusing to pay the luxury tax for 3 future hall of famers so they had to get rid of one.

Brooks though was awful for the team. They usually won despite him instead of because of him.

There’s 21 other guys on the field in football, and you’re talking about 8 years to 2. Not to mention one guys is 40, while the other is 33.
Brady has the best coach in NFL history giving him good defenses every single year. Hoodie turned that no talented defense full of scrubs into a good competent one by the playoffs. Enough said.

LeBron has never been on a team as good as MJ’s dynasty Bulls or had a coach in the same universe as Phil Jackson.

Don’t give me that excuse with that clown Chris Bosh.

Lebron hates Dan Gilbert

I seriously hope the guy goes to Houston so everyone will shut the **** up about the weak conference bullshit.

Funny how the same thing that happened to Bosh happnened to Love. Aside from Wade and Irving, a lot of players seem to get worse with Lebron. Bosh was still better than any third option MJ ever had, and Wade was a top 5 player and former Finals MVP. We’ve been down this road before though, so I’m just going to leave it at that.

Lebron handpicked his teammates and his coaches. I can tell you don’t know jack shit about basketball bringing up Phil Jackson like Lebron would ever allow his coach to install their own offense.

Yeah I’m sure it would have totally been different than Phil bending to Kobe’s will in LA when he was a ball hog for years on end

Lakers in the 80s won the west 8 times in 10 years. Western conference sucked ass back then according to the logic around here. Great teams and great players dominate and make every thing look worse than it is.

So the conferences have been even the past decade?

I know it hurts, but the Cavs are going to lose in at least 5 and possibly 4 to the Warriors and yet it will change nothing about his historic level of dominance.
