*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****
IT ****ING HAPPENED
OP UPDATE: Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! Last edited by Dante84; 05-17-2017 at 09:40 AM.. |

The only argument these assholes have left against Mahomes (and it's a shitty one at that) is "Well, it's only midseason."
No shit, Sherlock. That's not the question. The question was, "If there were a midseason MVP, who would it be?" Answer the question, dipshit. |

Can we state the obvious yet again and just express absolute wonder at this kid's arm talent?
Have we ever seen a more talented arm, with all the trick throws, and ridiculous on-the-run passes, power and touch and accuracy, and all that. Have we ever seen this before? In raw talent, it exceeds Favre, right? |

If the guy had played for any team but the Donks, I'd be a fan of the TV career he's carved out for himself. |

In terms of offensive skill positions—QB, RB, WR, TE—the 2018 Chiefs have the most physically gifted set of playmakers that the NFL has ever seen and I’m not sure anyone else is close. They have freaks at all positions. Gonna go down as on one of the best offenses ever. It should anyways. Veach knew it when he brought in Watkins. |

Any thought as we sit right now that says Mahomes is not the MVP is pure haterism. Skip Bayless is a Brady loving douche. Brady Brady Brady is all that comes out of his mouth all the time. No matter what Brady does or doesn't do its either because hes great or somebody's elses fault. He has no objectivity at all.

Everyone should listen to this and understand just how lucky Pat was to have Andy, a future HC (Nagy), probably 2 more future HC’s (Beiniemy/Kafka) and a QB willing to show him what he knew helping him understand the mental side of the game last year.
Andy played this thing beautifully and his patience is paying enormous dividends. Pat is damn lucky that he ended up here. Coming into the league into this type of situation never happens. |
