Tonight I've got a very nice bottle of single malt on deck. Ardbeg An Oa. No matter what, I'll need a couple belts of that before calling it a night.

Everyone stay safe. And enjoy your drinks as much as I will.

Not necessarily "super nice" but one heck of a pour. I love Ardbeg's stuff. And I love that they bottle it at 46%. Nothing beats sweet and peat together.

I've got some extra freshie Hop Butcher cans courtesy of KCUnited so I'll drink a few of those and then probably have a scotchie or two, most likely something cask strength. Nothing over the top.

Yeah, lit on Ardbeg's about ten years ago? Whatever. They're all good. Usually have a bottle of Uigeadail in the bar, and around X-Mas I usually grab a bottle of Corryvreckan. But An Oa is my current favorite. Just a really nice overall Scotch, nearly perfect balance.

So I just inherited this for helping a close friend move over the weekend.

Hide your pets, any stuffed toys, and garden gnomes just to be safe.

Damn, that's rated 100 on BeerAdvocate.

Drinking a King Sized Candy Bar Stout (pic stolen from Untappd) from Fate Brewery in Scottsdale... highly recommended if you like peanuts and won't die from eating them (a serious rash is probably still worth it).

Yeah I saw that! I couldn't believe our Social Worker gifted me this just for the fun of it.

Been drinking bai today because it's leaf day on the GloryDayz estate (22 bags of mulched leaves, and the trees aren't empty yet!!!), now there are two back-to-back hockey games, then I will reward myself with some Jim Beam Peach... But not too much, first of two more hockey games starts at 7:30 tomorrow morning.

I need the work week back, I need a break!
