I bought some English Muffins and Jimmy Deans Sausage, I think I’m going to make homemade Sausage McMuffins tomorrow.

I like it. Gives it a more earthy/savory flavor, imo. I like the maple, but it burns pretty easy. I either have to cook those over less heat, or sous vide them, then fry them up. Which is why I mix maple with other stuff, to mitigate the burning thing. |

They go really well with pancakes too. The sweet and salty is a great combo.

My quick go to out the door breakfast is Jimmy Dean Chorizo Breakfast bowl and flour tortilla and fav hot sauce.
Just nuke the breakfast bowl spoon it out into the tortilla add hot sauce more cheese if you want roll and a last quick nuke. Then out the door and your rolling. ^^^Pipeliner breakfast^^^ Last edited by srvy; Yesterday at 09:38 PM.. |

It really is spectacular. Also a shout out to the late night drunk pizza spot a 30 second walk away that served me perhaps the best pizza slice I've ever had, and at 2am. The pepperoni slice from Bleecker Street Pizza:
