That looks delicious Pablo! But too early for chili for me. Need some crisp in the air.

Did that chipotle chicken I've posted on here before. Always hits. Kids don't like it so I threw on some chicken breasts I sous vide'd. Onion and jalepeno and good cheese. Plus that roasted salsa that I made way too hot and melts your face.
Plated picture looks crappy, but it was really friggin good. |

Why I didn't think of this before I have no clue.
I recently got my hands on some boudin. Anyone have any ideas to use it? TIA |

Brisket with elote pasta salad topped with crushed Doritos (you're just going to have to trust me on that one), and the wife made Hatch chile mini cornbread muffins
Been down on my brisket the last couple attempts so I tightened up my wrap game as an adjustment. Bark suffered a bit from it but it was the moistest (if thats a word?) brisket I've churned out in a long time Put it on at 6pm Friday and pulled it off at 12:30pm yesterday |

Got a sirloin roast last week and cut it into some steaks. Grilled a couple for din-din last night, along with some oven-roasted pot-ay-toes. Turned out pretty good.

Just had a California Burrito from Vaqueros - carne asada, potatoes, onions, pico de gallo, cilantro.
Quite large and tasty. |

I'd try either the shrimp and boudin gumbo or the boudin and dirty rice. Or maybe the hash. https://louisianacookin.com/22-creat...s-to-cook-now/ |
