I had no idea there were people out there who actually thought the practice and application of law was simply black and white and as simple as reading a few paragraphs with no room for argument or interpretation. Just look at Henry Ruggs. He drove 140 mph in a 30-40 mph road and killed an innocent person. Should be in jail for at least 20 years, but will potentially get out after only 3 years. That’s a pretty weak penalty for his actions, but it’s a typical example of how the legal system operates.
