How much of was that because of cities like KCs early response and the mayor's on going proactive approach? Today he showed us the data where the 3rd district has been the most hit. Coincidentally it's also the part of the city where its citizens have ignored the stay in place.

I fail how to see this is a "political" argument.
The Governor is poltical.

At the start didnt KC still allow groups of 50 to assemble?

There is room for more than one item on contributing causes of death when you are filling out a death certificate

It doesn't ****ing matter. We aren't a hot spot and are not poised to be one. Why is a moot point because the bottom line is the bottom line.

The article you linked

“COVID-19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to death,” reads*CDC guidance*issued in March. “Certifiers should include as much detail as possible based on their knowledge of the case, medical records, laboratory testing, etc. If the decedent had other chronic conditions such as COPD or asthma that may have also contributed, these conditions can be reported in Part II.”

Seems reasonable

How is the governor political? Theres governors on both sides who issued stay in place much faster than Parsons.

The group of 50 thing was before the stay at place was issued.

How does that make your point? That's no different than how other condition are reported

They're making it clear that they don't want Covid-19 excluded from death certificates If it is a contributing factor.
