It’s been posted multiple times. He was at a bar wearing the same Heritage racing sweatshirt with his family and same friends who were involved in the wreck wearing the same outfits.

Some people in this thread act like they'll be subpoenaed to testify in court if this case happens. It's just a football forum. You can just say Rice was driving and he's the guy in the red durag. I'd imagine the renters have someone clean up the half million dollar rentals pretty thoroughly in between uses so pulling finger prints off the steering wheel, transmission control, windows controls etc on the vehicles that were abandoned would most likely do a good job in determining who was driving.

If you feel a need to rush to judgement and project Rice as the driver… without any tangible evidence… then go for it.

He was obviously driving or his council would have come out today and said he wasn't driving. They left the scene of an accident caused from street racing. They are lucky no one was killed. If he had killed someone he'd already be cut from the team

I’ve been wondering the same thing since this broke. The person who we now know was Rice didn’t look like him in the pics. I think it has less to do with us hoping it wasn’t him and more to do with his “Oh s***” expression knowing he just cost himself much more than his prized Corvette*.

* BTW, do we know whose Lambo that is yet? Did Rice trash both of his cars at once?

It always looked like Rice. The Lambo was a rental to Rice and only he was allowed to drive it.
