Yep, I've liked Carter for a long while. He's gotta be in the conversation at 54.

With that speed, why couldn't Griffin play at safety, particularly box safety? He's supposed to be pretty good in coverage, so it seems it wouldn't be a stretch. He could fill Sorenson's role.

Just once I'd like to see the Chiefs draft a player like Griffin. I make fun of the "try-hard" douches all the time like Tebow, but it would be a REALLY nice change-up from the string of players we've drafted in the past to have a guy around who is THAT tenacious.

Again, just as a change-up. I want to see us just once not care about size, arm strength, or 3-cone time. Or, I guess... not care about possessing certain limbs. Just take a guy with this kind of motor and see what happens, because we so rarely do that.

And for ****'s sake. Griffin ran a goddamn 4.38.

I would totally take him.

Courtland Sutton dominated the agility drills at WR and ran a 4.54 at 6'3" 218. I think he's the first receiver off the board.

As much as the chiefs are in nickel and dime I think he’d be a perfect fit for that. Like deone Buchanan

I'd have no problem taking him in round 4. I don't know if I'd take him higher or not, but there's something about guys that play with passion over guys that just run well in shorts and he happens to do both. I don't know, I'd maybe consider him the 3rd. Yeah, he's probably not a guy you can say for certain will get off blocks really well in the NFL and you know he isn't going to lead the NFL in interceptions, but he's a good player overall and at worst would be excellent on special teams (my thoughts on 4th round).

If Griffin can actually play in the NFL, watch our run defense problems decrease dramatically just because he'd play like a goddamn psycho. We don't have anybody like that currently on the team.

I don't think Berry is naturally that guy though. I think he's developed into it more but he's more of a lead by example type it seems.

I've still got last season's shit taste in my mouth. I sometimes forget that Berry wasn't a part of it.
