the Japanese Game Show with Farley where he's like a midwestern guy vacationing in Japan, and somehow finds himself on a gameshow, where everyone is speaking Japanese. eventually, one of the contestants misses an question with a wrong answer, and Mike Meyers (the Gameshow host) is dissappointed, and the contestant has to cut off their fingers.
Farley starts seeing this as his turn is approaching and begins sheer panic. |

I can't embed this one and it's not available anywhere else.
One of my favorite SNL sketches and really illustrates how great the show used to be back in the day. https://dai.ly/x2x6ck8 |

I cant find the regular SNL thread.
I thought the Steve Martin and Martin Short hosted show last Saturday was one of the overall best I've seen in years. |

I don't know if I can pick one, but the Bass-O-Matic skit runs on autoplay continuously in the back of my mind.

I always wondered if this sketch got cut simply because nobody in the cast could keep it together during rehearsals.

That Neil Diamond GIF in post #166 needs to be deleted or moved off AUTOPLAY
