Had shrimp Ceviche appetizer with fantastic thin and crispy tortilla chips then followed it up with a Lunchbox Burger at Fate's. Burger has a smear of peanut butter, cheddar cheese, two slices of bacon and fig jam on a toasted Brioche bun. Incredible flavor.
Had one beer, Pair of 7's Heffenweise and then a couple of Zinfandels. Had to go down to the next block for a Culver's banana milkshake for dessert. My belly is very happy. |

For a great true steak sandwich, buy a thin rib eye, trim off excess fat, grill to medium, slices into half.
Take a Ciabatta roll, light butter or olive oil, grill lightly, add some mayo horseradish, swiss, provolone or cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and enjoy. |
