*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****
IT ****ING HAPPENED
OP UPDATE: Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! Last edited by Dante84; 05-17-2017 at 09:40 AM.. |

If he can somehow manage to get even an ounce of compensation for Smith, GM/Executive of the Decade should be his title to lose. |

Those guys were there, they've seen it all firsthand... not only Favre, but every other QB from that era Watch this Its no wonder that one name came up when they wanted a comparison... back foot throws with crazy accuracy, accurate bombs on the move outside the pocket Dorsey and Reid have seen miles of tape on everyone thats ever been good, and they've seen Favre and Rodgers in person... why is everyone second guessing their comparison? |

I didn't get to hear all of it but a Saints scout (or somebody with them) was on Sirius today and he compared Mahomes to Derek Carr.

And Carr seems to be forgotten when people say about air raid QBs not translating to the Pros. Fresno State ran a very similar system.

Well, Hopkins and Fuller now have a noodle arm Alex Smith clone throwing to them where Maclin and Hill will a Brett Favre clone throwing to them...well after this season.

In a surprising move, Mahomes has chosen 15. Last week he said it'd be between 4 and 7.

#Chiefs rookie QB Patrick Mahomes II will wear No. 15. Nice. Wasn't a fan of 4 or 7. |
