I just watched that. Reminds me of when the NCAA put Quin up against Duke right out of the chute. If we get Porter back, could make it interesting. That's if they get past UCLA, if that's the actual matchup.

Porter is not coming back. That chatter conveniently came out when Mizzou was looking like a bubble team. More likely to get in if people think they might get to see Porter.

Obviously, Mizzou is a long way from in, and road games are never easy in CBB, but if they only lost one more game in the RS and made it to the league final, do they make it up to a 5 seed?

You are incorrect, sir.

If he's cleared for contact by this doctor - the expected outcome -he will begin practicing and debut on Feb 24 in Lexington.
He's doing strength and conditioning work again (and has been keeping his conditioning up with nonimpact cardio like swimming for a long time).

If they hadn't won the past 3 and put themselves squarely in the tournament field, I don't think he would come back. But they did.
