Ballgame nachos with cheese and jalapeņos and a bottle of water. Middle school girls we’re playing physical basketball tonight. The officiating sucked, but they let them play.

I had a chicken sammich at the Wahlburgers in the local Hy-Vee before shopping at "Thirsty Thursday" in their liquor department.

Brutal week here so I phoned it in, doctored up a Red Baron 4 meat with mushrooms, onion and peppers
Yeah, it'll get the job done around 11 or so |

Brown some hot Italian sausage - remove from pot Add Mirepoix - cook down Wine deglaze Add Tomato paste Add Garlic paste Add Chicken broth Add Red pepper flake Add Gnocchi Add Spinach Add the sausage back in Splash of heavy cream Top with crispy prosciutto and parm reggiano Serve with crusty bread |
