![]() This may not look great to yall just mac n cheese but it's my first real meal in weeks actually months. I added an egg in it for protein. Sorry if it doesn't look all that great I had no milk, no salt, no pepper, not allowed in my diet fml. My Son is going bring me some things tonight so I can get by this week. Thank God for good kids.

Go easy, bud. My dad went through the same procedure a few months ago, and when he went back to solid foods for the first time in 2 weeks, he said it tore him up pretty good and he felt like he overdid it.
That Mac n Cheese has got to be sounding good though. Good luck! |

after caramelized onions, some Virginia brand ham, bacon bits, rehydrated chopped garlic, some onion and garlic powder, Italian seasonings and a family of four ate like ****ing kings for about $5. Would again. For $5 |
