I helped him with his 2011 Infiniti Q37 which he bought new and gasp..........has never been waxed. Showed him how to hand wash it, clay bar it, polish out scratches and then we put on a nice coat of wax.

He called at 8 pm last night and wanted to bring over the dish. I kindly told him we were heading to bed shortly but he could bring it to work. He said ok. He arrived at my door at 8:20 with a huge tub of this Pancit. I guess it's customary in the Philippines to accept the food right after it's made, even if you don't plan on eating. Jesus lewdog, you stupid ****ing American!

Anyway it's amazing. Noodles cooked to perfection with shredded chicken, celery, carrots, onion, green beans and something I have never had before, Chinese Sausage. Talk about great flavor in that sausage!

My wife is Filipino. Good pancit is badass.

Lumpia is the shiiiiit. I don't believe longaniza is the sausage that goes in lumpia. Of course, I'm only basing that on the fact that I don't have longaniza flavored burps all day after eating pancit. My wife and her family traditionally eat longaniza at breakfast, and it's super good except for the all day burps that remind you want you had for breakfast.

I was taken out to dinner. Veal Marsala, Italian green beans and green salad. White wine and Italian ricotta cheese cake brulee with a wine reduction and strawberries. It was for a celebration.

What are all the ingredients here? Looks pretty awesome and I'm not the biggest fan of Mexican food.

It's adobo rubbed pork carnitas with a tamarind glaze, bacon, spinach, onion, avocado, and queso with a house made corn tortilla.

Pork carnitas are arguably my favorite food and I've eaten a lot of them in the US and MX, including my own which I'm very fond of. These were some of the best I've had. I'm also to the point when I see bacon on something I automatically think of it as gimmicky, but it definitely added a needed smokiness, texture and over-the-top savoriness here. These were a total flavor bomb.
