Every single one that popped to mind has been covered. Here's on that might not be a "best ever" category, but defintiely good for a couple of laughs.

Sorry, but nothing from the current/recent SNL cast should even be considered lol.
The first Celebrity Jeopardy had me rolling w/ Norm as Burt Reynolds Jim Carrey w/ the Roxbury club guys was on point and hilarious. Chippendales w/ Swayze and Farley |

Most anything that featured Phil Hartman (RIP). My favorite was him as Clinton in McDonalds. You learned two things, he eats like a pig and there are many things we don't tell Mrs. Clinton.

I've never been a big Jim Carrey fan, but my dad never watched SNL and I remember recording this on my VCR in '96 and showing it to him. He discovered a whole new world of comedy. Jim Carrey the lifeguard, and if you notice, Will Ferrell hasn't changed a bit.

Has anyone mentioned the horrible boss Will Ferrell vs Pierce Brosnan? That one is very underrated.

The Bronx Beat sketches (Mya Rudolph, Amy Pohler) were incredible.
