I really love Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. But Fieri is definitely my least favorite part of the show. Which is why his cooking from home shows during the lockdown were just complete trash. Would have been neat to see a new face in that spot....

I had stuffed poblanos recommended to me today from an out of town friend, can anybody recommend a KC-area restaurant that serves them?

Edit: Looked at their online menu and don't see them so strike that. I haven't made but if you have an air fryer many good easy recipes online to make them. Last edited by srvy; 05-26-2021 at 10:13 PM.. |

As a freezer-->skillet meal, probably 7-8.
As a 'premium' PF Chang offering, . . probably 5-5.5. Fresh tasting flash frozen veggies in big chunks [peppers, snap peas, carrot] big pieces of whole chicken breast, decently creamy sauce. But noodles are noodles, and the sauce is good but not distinctive. Hard to summarize, but best effort is; you'll say 'this is tasty' but not necessarily 'now THIS is coconut and curry like I've always craved!!' |

Chicken kebabs and shrimp. Not pictured is the pasta salad. Nice hot summer night. Grilling season in full swing!
