Kansas is expected to hire Northwestern deputy AD Travis Goff as its next AD, sources tell ¿TheAthletic. Goff, a Dodge City native and KU grad, has been at Northwestern since 2012, most recently in development.

Now that it’s been a bit, I feel better about next year.

6th ranked recruiting class plus a really intriguing transfer in Cam Martin.

Have to figure out point guard though. Maybe Harris is the guy. If not, maybe we can sign Tyty Washington.

Everyone is over 21, making their decision freely. Since when did drinking and looking at strippers ass's become illegal?

I imagine there is contract language but still don't think there should. If he publicly didn't do it they wouldn't care. Thats the issue I have. They dont really care if he does it, they care about the image and it being known that he does it.

Going to be wild replacing Enaruna, TGF, Muscadin, and potentially Jossell/Ochai

with

Pettiford, Cam Martin and potentially Bishop, Umude, TyTy and Joseph Yesufu.

I’m really intrigued by Cam Martin. Big bodied guy who shot 45% from 3 on 5 attempts per game. Averaged 25 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists per game.

Garbage competition obviously, but that 3 point percentage at his size is encouraging. Also, looks a little stiff but has some burst.

Doesn't seem to me that they're searching hard for a starting PG. Not sure Washington would be ready to lead the team from day one, and I definitely don't think Pettiford will be. Not to mention it would be unlike Self to move a freshman ahead of a guy who's been in the system for two years, unless we're talking a superstar talent.

I think they're planning on Harris being the guy. They seem to have definitely prioritized Washington over any of the transfer PGs, which to me says they're probably content with Harris as the starter.

I think Harris could be a really good starting PG, but I'd like to see them get a combo guard to play with him. A quality ball-handler who can shoot.
