Asshole neighbor is putting up a deck
At least this way, I wont have to look at his fat ass bitch wife when they are out. Also, it will be high enough that when I am on my deck, I wont see their light that is on 24/7 5 says he paints it white |

You should offer to help thy asshole neighbor. Maybe, he'll turn a new leaf.
My crazy cat lady neighbor has gone silent due to me trying to be nice. |

Ours is too, except for him. When I explained to him a few of the CITY rules and where the property line was, and he was driving his junk on my property, he told me he could do what he wanted and I should just stay in my lane. He only cares about himself and not about city code. I would do about anything for anyone in my area, except for them.

The trees here are a constant battle as they were all volunteer and hap-hazard as this used to be cattle grazing ground prior to the lake/dam. Have been planting desirable trees for the last decade. Colorado Blue Spruce, Peach, Plum and Austrian Pine. One of the peach trees just died along with a loblolly pine, my favorite and the Cherry tree. About to give up on dogwood after 6 failures. Fig trees have done extremely well and many of the neighbors look forward to enjoying the figs in the fall and plums in the summer. I have taken down 34 cedar trees, a monster 100 ft tall Sycamore and now the Emerald Ash Borer has attacked our three Ash trees. I hired the biggest one removed two weeks ago and just noticed the other two starting to lose their bark. Last edited by HemiEd; 03-12-2024 at 06:51 AM.. |

They would produce spikey balls that were green at first, then turned brown. Seemed like every other year was when they would produce an overwhelming amount of these spikey balls. We called them ankle breakers. We would rake them up every 2-4 weeks and they would fill one of those big yellow lawn bags. We had one on our property near the street and so did our next door neighbor. Both had been there for decades and the roots were causing the sidewalk to come up. My kids loved it when they were young as they used them for skateboards and bike ramps. We hated those trees. We had the one on our property cut down and the sidewalk fixed a few years before we eventually moved. |
