Yup. Since 2000 this is the list of all franchise QBs drafted. Now when I say franchise, I mean QBs that have not only been viewed as elite, but also been elite enough to carry a team to a SB along with where they were drafted:

That’s 22 QBs in 24 years and even with these 22, one can argue that some of them are neither elite nor any better than Dak.

Also it’s 22 out of the 298 QBs drafted since 2000. That’s a 7% hit rate. Now if you throw in notable UDFAs that % drops even more. Now if you don’t consider all of them elite then it’s even smaller.
12 of those QBs were drafted top 5.

I am not here to defend Dak, just trying to highlight just how hard drafting an elite franchise QB is.

Stroud is definitely going to be asking for Dak money, probably more because he's way better than Dak and he'll get it.
