Pffft..."experimental open fan engine" sounds aviation newsworthy to me.

And, guess what...there is already an aviation thread so no need to create another.

Lol, so i have a good customer who's an aviator. I was gonna pimp his business in this thread.

I googled it, noticed that there hasn't been any updates recently.

I find an article stating that they terminated the lease for his hanger because he allowed 50Cent to throw a Super Bowl party there during Covid.

LOL WTF

All pilots have nightmares about that stall they just can't get the nose to push over and gain airspeed to recover.

JFC they lived it.

Didn't we have a member who is a pilot and posted a bunch of cool photos from the cockpit?

Whatever happened to him?

ATRs are tricky; more squirrelly than Metros from what I've been told. Flat spins are unrecoverable in both planes.

Friday night flights.

I think that was the guy who threatened to crash his plane with a politician aboard. If I recall right.

I was a 93C in the army. Been years but the ATC was so outdated it was crazy. Like 1970s back then. Said too expensive to upgrade. I hope it has changed.
