He's fine. He's mediocre as **** and a bad 1st round pick, but that's a sunk cost. He had some nice plays for us last season and would be a fine carryover from last season at RB2.
Prince is the #2 RB right now, I'd guess.

I've always got a list of some players to pay attention to in preseason games, but Prince has jumped into the top 3 for me.

Let's see if he's actually learned how to follow his blockers now or if he's still a Mike Cloud clone.

Veach man. He’s killing it
Veach is pretty good at his job. Some might say great.

It's ludicrous to expect anyone to have a career like Mercedes Lewis, who's friggen 40 years old and still playing quality football. But I think I could see him being a better version of that kind of player. Lewis could really kinda do whatever you needed him to. He was big enough to get inline and be a really nice blocker. He was athletic enough to be a move piece.

He was just never in a system that used him well, IMO.

Maybe Dallas Goedert? Goedert was always a good blocker but better receiver. Dalton Schultz?
Oooooh I love player comps...Greg Olsen maybe?

Which really sucks for all of the bright minds on here. They're never going to get their rightful shot at the GM position.

First draft where Veachy has loaded up on offense.

Between Worthy, King, and Wiley, early returns are promising.

However, i wouldn't be surprised at all to see Hollywood retained. A successful season here doesn't automatically mean he's going to break the bank in the offseason. Teams will more or less still value him as the same guy.

And Kelce will be coming off the books in the next 2-3 seasons. Rice doesn't get paid for another 2 seasons. And we get 5 seasons with Worthy before he has to get paid, and 4 seasons with Wiley, the current presumptive nominee to take over for Kelce.

So there will in fact be a window there for Brown on a reasonable 2-3 year contract.
I love this post. As you said, if Hollywood will re-sign at a reasonable number the WR room has a more than adequate base for football jesus to thrive for years to come. Veach turns weaknesses into strengths.

Add Araiza to the list, he's a 2nd year rookie

Personally think CEH being on the camp roster was just a pity **** because of the personal problems he's got going on. Surely he can't make the roster rather roll the dice on somebody else.
