NFL tells players not to wear green in Brazil.

For the Packers and Eagles game. Holy bad planning Batman.

Yep. Imagine getting your brains splattered by a dude wearing umbros and slides for wearing your Hurts jersey on the wrong street

If reincarnation exists, I'm going to have to request a new life that's not in a third-world ghetto. I can't stand wearing flipflops.

A couple things about that trip though that I will never forget.

The flight was absolutely miserable due to being packed in like sardines in coach. I don't remember the airline, but it was horrible.

Also, when we sent the equipment down for the facility to use, it was held up locally until a "bribe" customs was paid.

The staff down there had no motivation, they just wanted sit around and have meetings and act like big shots. The facility closed down in about a year as a total failure because the people were just lazy.

Good thing they decided to have not one, but two teams whose primary colors are green play down there. Brilliant thinking on the part of the NFL.

Nope. Most of the world watches a really boring sport called soccer. There is a ton of opportunity for the NFL to steal people away and they know it.

Having to tell players to avoid wearing certain colors should be a major indicator that there shouldn't be any ****ing NFL games in Brazil. What a shithole.

America's gifts to the world are liberating Europe in 1945 and introducing American football in the 2020s.

You're right. Of all the places they could have chosen, they chose this?

Reminds me a little of the Chiefs/Rams game in 2018 that was supposed to be in Mexico City and they couldn't even have a field that was good enough to play a game.

NFL apparently said this isn't true, they never said that.

Idk, not an expert on Brazil but their flag is primarily green and the soccer jersey colors are mostly yellow and green, seems like that would be a pretty commonplace color for what people wear. It just doesn't seem likely that they would say not to wear the color green, but who knows. Maybe it was misinterpreted.
