Baseball has a Wildcard game to get into the playoffs but that is completely different. You don't see NBA or MLB teams getting the first round of the playoff off just because they have the 1 seed. I don't have a problem with the NFL having first round byes but for just 1 team to get it is a garbage idea

It’s terrible. Either get rid of them completely or keep the current format,
