Have an office in the DFW area. Have done a ton of bbq down there. If you can't make it to Franklin BBQ in Austin, the best BBQ in Texas, in my humble opinion, is Cattleack BBQ in Dallas. It's phenomenal crispy bark Texas BBQ.
