Nah. I'm politico'd out when it comes to TV and TV shows. If I want to watch a TV station dump on Trump, I'll just turn on MSNBC or CNN. Showtime is about a year too late with this.

This thread prodded me to give Ep1 a glance.
Too milquetoast and too late. The President Show was more manic and bonkers, but still engaging. Real life gives plenty of surreal content on its own, from all sides. Late night has already beaten whatever lump of horseflesh remains in which to find humor, and largely fails into a vortex of impotent shoutiness. There have been a few touches that tickle a little, Eric's nasal puberty voice, Sean Hannity's segment previews, but mostly it's warmed over and recycled. |

Or come here. I thought politics had to stay in DC tho'. There's a whole meme thread dedicated to this sort of humor.

Man. A lot of times shows will put the funniest stuff in the previews to get you to watch. Then you get disappointed when the show isn't as funny as you thought it was going to be. I like how this bucks that trend by putting nothing at all that is the least bit funny, or even entertaining, in the preview. That's real genius.
