I'm trying homemade ramen today. I have a nice broth to make, and I will roast some pork belly. I couldn't find real ramen noodles, so I'm doing the Serious Eats makeshift ramen noodles with angel hair pasta.
Broth had yellow miso, soy sauce, mirin, lemongrass, green onions, garlic, chicken broth... Should be good. |

I've been making a great entree that's healthy and light. It goes like this:
1. Nuke a corn on the cob, let it cool, and cut the corn off. 2. Dice a peach and add it to the mix. 3. Dice a tomato and add it to the mix. 4. Dice some fresh mozzarella and add it to the mix. 5. Dine. It's really tasty. |
