Up day yesterday. I ended up going full vegetarian for the day so hitting the 2500 calorie target took some work. Ended up at 2400 for the day. Weight was 220.4 lbs this morning.
500 calorie down day today. |

550 calorie down day yesterday. I was a little hungrier than normal but nothing too tough. 2500 cal up day today. Weight was at 218.2 lbs this morning. I hope I'm not the only one still going. It was pretty quiet in here yesterday.

I'm holding at 226.2 - I have no idea why I'm not losing - it'll be two weeks on Monday since I've eclipsed 1,300 calories - most days have been sub 1,200 - I guess it's being over 40 in age?
This has really bummed me out. I may as well eat other things at this point. Ughh - I guess I'll start my fitness on Saturday and ****ing do it everyday - I was wanting to wait one more week. I should have lost more weight than one ****ing pound. |
