Wow, that shit is still going on. That's almost worse than keeping Saw going. Well you know what's going to happen next right. Once they've done all they can do here then there is only one option left.

Drew @ Hitfix liked it...says hes not really a fan of the series, but it plays well.

I went to see it at midnight. Personally i didnt like it but mostly everyone i talked to have liked it. Typical cheezy horror, but the concept is neat. Id go see it again, but i left feeling let down.

Watched this earlier tonight. Better than i expected. Very well made, and its a nice bookend to the original movie. The last line that Neve Campbell says was perfect "First rule of remakes is, dont *uck with the original" great line, well used.

Saw scream on Friday night. Better than i thought. I didn't watch any trailers on it going in, but my wife is a fan of the original so we went.
Surprisingly better than i thought. It wasn't as good as the original of course, but it held its own. It made fun of itself, which was nice. It embraced some of the the things that were unavoidably cheesy and didn't take itself too seriously. The plot twist was unoriginal. But the stabbings were brutal enough without being particularly gory or overly bloody. Worth the watch if you're a fan of the franchise. |

"On November 15, 2021, Gibson confirmed that he is in talks to direct and star in the fifth Lethal Weapon film, saying that he would be helming the film to honor Donner.[11] It was also revealed that Richard Wenk (The Equalizer, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back) had drafted a screenplay. The production will be exclusive to HBO Max with no theatrical release.[12][13]"
