Watson is not VY or Griffin. Stop stereotyping.
Watson is a traditional mid first caliber QB prospect - great intangibles, decent arm, must cut down on picks. |

You can't be this stupid. You do realize Mahomes was drafted BEFORE Watson? Good Lord.

He DID have x5 TDs on the day, and the Texans ARE the new darkhorse team. Buuuuuut, I'm good with what we have.

BTW - the Titan secondary isn't very good at coverage, and that is putting it mildly.

We go the better QB. We drafted from a position of strength like GB did with Rogers. They had Favre and could afford to let Rogers learn. Smith is not of Favre's quality but Smith is in one sense a better mentor. He's smart and he's willing to mentor. Watson will be a good AqB but I think Mahomes talent ceiling is higher. If Mahomes went to Cleveland his QB development would have been really stunted, not to mention he would be surrounded by poor talent. Here, he has the opportunity to learn from Reid and Smith and develop. That will allow him a better chance to be the best QB he can be. From what I've seen of the two of them, I think that is better than Watson.
