You're going to need a pretty bad ass processor to run Cities.
Probably an i7 is recommended. I'd go to youtube and look at the i5 and i7 mobile CPU benchmarks with Cities to get an idea. |

So I decided after some thinking that I would go desktop and I just went pre-built from ibuypower and ended up getting a good deal and a pretty good pc that I am happy with and will be easy to upgrade

That's kind of what I thought and it's got a cool case so it looks good..it will be easy to upgrade..it's got a spot for a M.2 card so I have a 480G on its way here and new Ram that's up to 3000 instead of 2133 and a couple more fans for the cas..it unfortunately only had the CPU cooler fan that is stock Intel cooler and one fan for the case
