Help ID a hit and run scumbag with a Chiefs plate

If you've got the make and model and it had a Chiefs plate, the police should be able to track it down in about 12 seconds. Looking it up, it appears to be a new plate as of 2023, so there's not going to be a lot of them in circulation. Oh, and if you have the license number there'll only be one.

If it turns out to be Gracie, will you sue her and have her arrested, or will you offer her an alternative way to avoid punishment?
