my absolute favorite was the one about President William Henry Harrison.
so many great lines: Super Pneumonia Sick as Shhhhhit These are like 1820's doctors, they don't now anything. Here...have some leeches and let these snakes bite you for a little bit. Happy Mother's Day the one with Winona Ryder was pretty great too. from Jeremy Konner on Vimeo. Last edited by Dayze; 10-21-2016 at 09:12 PM.. |

I truly love this show. Funny, and you actually learn things.

I like the sense of intimacy and potential for randomness.
I know it's scripted, but getting them drunk ups the ante of you getting the straight scoop on people's opinions One of my favorite candid moments was Jen Kirkman rambling about Mary Dyer, then getting hilariously passionate and poetic about her gravesite [I won't spoil it, but it brings laughter and tears every time]. |

I've caught a few episodes. it wasn't too bad. But are they really drinking and getting drunk, or are they just acting like they are?

There's some funny stuff in there. I like the technique of using the comedian's voiceovers in the re-enactments. The show really needs the cussing; it's not as good cleaned up.
